Hotel Górecznik*** Regulations

§1. General provisions

1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay at the Górecznik Hotel. They are an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying the deposit or the full amount for the stay. By completing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the Regulations.
2. The regulations apply to all guests staying on the hotel premises.
3. The regulations are available for viewing at the Reception Desk and in each hotel room.
4. Smoking is prohibited at Hotel Górecznik, including on balconies.
   • Violation of the ban: fine of PLN 400.00.
   • Triggering the alarm: a fine of PLN 500.00.
   Smoking is only permitted in the designated area in front of the building.

§2. Hotel stay

1. Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis. Check-in begins at 14:00 down 11:00 the next day.
2. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for one night.
3. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the reception by 10 a.m. 10:00 on the day the lease ends.
4. The hotel may accommodate requests to extend your stay subject to room availability; it may be necessary to change rooms.

§3. Reservation and check-in

1. The basis for check-in for all guests is the presentation of a valid photo ID and signing a registration card containing the details of all persons staying in the room.
2. The hotel has procedures for the protection of minors:
   • persons under 18 years of age may only check in with a parent or legal guardian,
   • Every minor must have an identity document.
3. A hotel guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period of the paid stay has not expired.
4. Unregistered persons may stay in the room (max. 1 person) during the following hours: 10:00–18:00 after informing the reception.
5. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of your stay upon check-in or pre-authorise your credit card.
6. In case of cancellation of the stay during the hotel day, the hotel does not refund the fee for that day.
7. The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who has violated the regulations or caused damage during a previous stay.

§4. Services

1. The hotel provides services in accordance with the category and standard of the facility. Any concerns regarding the quality of services should be reported immediately to the reception desk.
2. The hotel provides guests with:
   • conditions for complete and unrestricted rest,
   • security of stay and protection of personal data,
   • professional and courteous service,
   • cleaning and repairs during the Guest’s absence (or in his presence with his consent),
   • efficient technical service and possible room change in the event of faults.

§5. Liability

1. The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by guests to the extent specified in the Civil Code. Liability is limited if items are not deposited at the reception desk.
2. The hotel is not responsible for guests' vehicles or items left in them.
3. Any damage must be reported to the reception immediately.
4. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to property caused by their own fault or the fault of their visitors. The hotel may charge the guest's credit card after their departure.
5. In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel may refuse further services. Guests are required to leave the hotel and settle the balance.
6. The hotel has the right of lien on items brought by the Guest in the event of payment arrears.
7. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by adults who are responsible for their behavior and any damage they cause.

§6. Other arrangements

1. The hotel has a quiet hours at night. 22:00–7:00.
2. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use electrical devices that are not provided in the rooms (e.g. irons, heaters).
3. Personal belongings left by the Guest:
   • can be sent back after ordering a courier to the hotel or sending a link to the InPost parcel locker in Przygodzice (at the Guest's expense),
   • In the absence of such instructions, the hotel stores the items for 3 months (food items – 24 hours).
4. The hotel accepts pets (one pet per room, upon request at reception). An additional fee applies. The owner is responsible for the animal's behavior and any damages. The hotel may refuse to accommodate animals deemed dangerous.
5. It is prohibited to store dangerous materials (weapons, ammunition, explosives, etc.) in the rooms.
6. The Guest consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act for the purpose of completing their stay. The Guest has the right to access and correct their data.
7. Soliciting and door-to-door sales are prohibited on the hotel premises.
8. It is prohibited to make noise, emit unpleasant odors or engage in other activities that disturb the peace of guests.
9. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the room equipment other than minor rearrangements of furniture that do not affect functionality and safety.
